During a hike on the Radnor Trail in Wayne, these clients saw a Avenue One sign on a project home. They loved the location of their house but were quickly outgrowing it as their family size increased. They spent six months at a temporary location as Avenue One demolished their existing house and rebuilt on its foundation. The project included four bedrooms, great room, expansive kitchen, playroom, man-space, two-car garage and intricate
hardscaping. Avenue One collaborated closely with the Architects to create a space perfect for this family.
